Staff Applications

Well, since this forum is still starting out, I am looking for some staff to watch the site for when I'm away. Thus, I created these following Staff Applications. To start off, I will just explain the main jobs of each staff member.
Administrator's Job: Their job is to look after the entire site while I, the Ruler, am away. Technically they have all the powers the Ruler has, which includes maintaining the boards and making sure everyone follows the rules - i.e, god-modding and powerplaying. I am extremely strict as to what actions they take, so every time they must do something - edit a board, ban a member and such - they will need my permission to do so.
(Global)Moderator's Job: Their job, is basically the same as the Administrators, so they acts as a sort of backup for the Administrators. They have the job of warning people from breaking the rules, but if warnings are not enough, will be allowed to contact the Ruler and Admins so they can ban the users. They also have permission to tend to the boards, with the Admin's permission.
(Global)Moderator's Job: Their job, is basically the same as the Administrators, so they acts as a sort of backup for the Administrators. After one is to become Administrators and Moderators - I will rank your apps so as to whether place you in Global, Normal or Backup Mod if you apply - the following rules below are to be followed.
#1: If you wish to do something with the forums, please notify the Ruler (Myself) before doings so. It is due to the fact that I'd like to know what you've done with the site, so I can keep up with what everyone's been doing.
#2: When you see someone breaking rules, contact me immediately or post a sticky on the 'Staff Members Only' Board. If you are an Administrator, I expect you to take action and send me an email/PM as to what you will do to the user that is breaking the rules.
#3: To all Staff, please remember to help and guide the normal members along. If they break a rule once, don't be too harsh. Just give them a warning, and if they do it again, refer to #1 if you want to know what to do.
#4: This is a simple task I ask of all the Staff. If a new member posts on the Introductions as a new character, please go the 'Staff Members Only' Board and place their name in the 'Pending Character Requests' Section. Feel free to make a sticky (If your rank does not allow it, message me and I'll change it), thread or several threads, and if you are Admin feel free to add new sections to our Board - but please just notify me first before doing it.
#5: Be responsible, and DO NOT abuse your powers. Please know I am placing my trust into each and everyone of you to do your job on the board. It's sad to say, but if I catch or get reported to about staff abusing their powers, I will have no choice but to strip you of your powers until you can redeem yourself. If it isn't too bad, you will be warned not to do it again. You will be allowed three chances and it happens more than that, I shall automatically strip you of your rank. If much more severe...I might ban you from this site for a limited time.
